INNER CHILD HEALING / MINI HEALING RETREAT 90 MINUTE SESSION

• In-Person in Chester or via ZOOM 

• During this 90 Minute Treatment we will first have a chat to discuss if there is anything in particular you want to work on, like inner child healing, we will then set sacred space, setting our intentions, do a little breathwork, then I will guide you along a powerful bespoke relaxing and healing meditation journey for inner child healing, or whatever you need to receive, where you will receive healing energies, frequencies and activations channeled through me throughout the healing visualisation meditation journey. Then I will do around 45 minutes of Quantum Healing on you to do inner child healing, or a particular issue you want to work on or a general healing and clearing, while you continue to lie down and listen to some high frequency healing music, float away and relax the mind and body. This bespoke healing meditation journey along with hands on energy healing or distant healing will help you to release what no longer serves you in that moment and whatever you set your powerful intention to release, clear and call in. We will then finish with a few minutes of sound bowl frequencies.  These sessions will help you to begin to release, clear and heal as well as assisting in raising your energy vibration frequency to be in better flow and balance, with increased calm and connection.

  You will need to provide an up to date digital head shot photo and complete a digital intake form so you can state if there is anything in particular you want to send the healing energies to assist you and to help you release & clear what no longer serves you. It is advised to be somewhere where you will not be disturbed at the date and time agreed for your session, or you can even be sleeping.
