I’m a Rapid Transformational Therapist & Reiki Master Practitioner
… a mum to two teenage children, wife, sister, daughter, aunt, niece & friend. Life can be overwhelming and stressful at times and can take its toll both mentally and physically. I’m passionate about helping people heal themselves by overcoming negative beliefs and blocks, so you can become your best self and live your life free of limitation.
My own healing journey started in 2001, when after suffering mild depression and stress, I decided to look into ways I could help myself. I qualified in Reiki levels 1 and 2 in 2002 and later qualified as a Reiki Master Practitioner in June 2013. In 2018 I trained in Rapid Transformational Therapy with Britains Best Therapist Marisa Peer and commonly my clients come to me wanting to be free of stress, anxiety, a lack of confidence, being overweight, fears and physical issues.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does an RTT session take?
Each Rapid Transformational Therapy session lasts between 90 and 120 minutes. For that reason, we ask you to block out a full 2 hours in your calendar to make sure you’re not rushed.
What if I need or want another RTT session?
RTT is designed to give you a powerful breakthrough and create big changes in your life. Some clients may need more than one RTT session on a particular issue, it can take up to three sessions. Some clients then want to have more sessions to work on other areas of their life to integrate their new beliefs and build new habits and behaviours.
When will I start to see changes following RTT?
There are three types of change from Rapid Transformational Therapy – every person is different:
- Immediate: You feel a massive shift right away – immediate changes in your physiology, thoughts and behaviours right in the session.
- Incremental: You see consistent shifts every day, or over time.
- Retroactive: You don’t see the shifts right away and then one day you suddenly look back and see all of the things that are different in your life.
What is included in A One Month Wellbeing Package?
- One RTT 2 hour session either in person or via Zoom online
- A personalised transformational recording to listen to for 21 days
- Two Check-Up’s
- One Reiki Healing Session or Healing Vortex Session

How does Hypnosis in RTT work?
Hypnosis is not magic – it’s science. It works by creating a burst of brain waves that are the same as when you’re in REM sleep. That’s what allows you to access the subconscious mind, to discover the root cause of an issue.
What if I think I already know the reasons behind the issue?
What makes RTT amazing is that even if you think you know the reason, you see it in a COMPLETELY new way. That’s what allows you to change the meaning and ultimately, change your beliefs. And for many clients they go back to scenes that are totally different than what they expected. Just relax and trust that your subconscious mind will show you exactly what you need to see.
